These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the agreement you sign when you buy a kitten; that is a separate document we go through with you.
Who runs this site
Exotic Stars Cattery, a small family cattery in Vancouver, Washington. You can reach us through the contact form.
Using the site
Read it, share it, get in touch. Please do not attempt to break it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send us anything abusive or automated.
Kittens, prices and availability
We keep the kitten pages as current as we can, but a kitten can be reserved between the moment you read a page and the moment you write to us, and prices can change. Nothing on this website is an offer of sale or a contract. A kitten is only held for you once a deposit has been paid and we have both agreed the terms in writing.
Photographs and words
The photographs on this site are of our own cats and kittens, and the text was written for this site. Both belong to us. Please do not republish them as your own, and in particular do not use our kittens' photographs to advertise animals that are not ours. If you want to use something, ask us.
Links to other sites
We link to registries such as TICA and the CFA, to our own social media, and occasionally to services we have used ourselves. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
What we do not promise
We put real care into keeping this site accurate, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or available without interruption. Information here about cat breeds, grooming and health is general and comes from our own experience as breeders. It is not veterinary advice. For anything to do with your cat's health, ask your vet.
Which law applies
We are based in Vancouver, Washington, and these terms are governed by the law of the State of Washington.
